Voor een technisch georiënteerde onderneming in de regio Wondelgem ben ik op zoek naar een QA/QC Officer die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en mee waakt over de kwaliteit van processen, materialen en projectuitvoering. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering belangrijk zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams en collega's uit verschillende afdelingen, volgt kwaliteitsprocedures op en zorgt ervoor dat verbeterpunten worden omgezet in concrete acties.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je staat in voor de opvolging en verdere optimalisatie van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Je controleert of de geldende kwaliteitsprocedures en werkinstructies correct worden toegepast.
  • Je ondersteunt projectteams bij het uitwerken en opvolgen van kwaliteitsplannen.
  • Je bereidt audits voor, begeleidt de uitvoering ervan en waakt over een correcte opvolging van de bevindingen.
  • Je registreert en onderzoekt kwaliteitsafwijkingen, klachten en non-conformiteiten en helpt passende oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je volgt corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen op en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je beheert kwaliteitsdocumentatie en ondersteunt collega's bij vragen over procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je draagt bij aan de implementatie van nieuwe processen, normen en certificeringen.
  • Je organiseert of ondersteunt opleidingen rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en relevante richtlijnen.
  • Je volgt de keuringen en kalibraties van meetmiddelen, installaties en materialen op.
  • Je verzamelt relevante kwaliteitsgegevens en rapporteert over de voortgang aan het management.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om kwaliteitsbewustzijn en een uniforme werkwijze binnen de organisatie te stimuleren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, kwaliteitsmanagement of veiligheid, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt ervaring of een sterke interesse in kwaliteitsborging en kwaliteitscontrole binnen een technische, industriële of projectmatige omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en relevante ISO-normen, of je bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen.
