Voor een innovatieve en internationaal actieve technologieonderneming, gespecialiseerd in automatiseringsoplossingen voor apotheken, zoeken we een Service Engineer Digital Solutions die technische expertise combineert met een sterke klantgerichte ingesteldheid.

Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar hardware, software, netwerktechnologie en automatisering samenkomen. Je staat in voor de installatie, configuratie en technische ondersteuning van digitale oplossingen zoals geautomatiseerde afhaalsystemen, interactieve schermen, betaalterminals en webshopplatformen.

Een veelzijdige functie waarin je techniek combineert met klantencontact, troubleshooting en internationale verplaatsingen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor de installatie, configuratie en ingebruikname van digitale systemen bij klanten, waarbij je zowel hardware als software correct integreert.
  • Je ondersteunt geautomatiseerde afhaalautomaten en pakketkluizen, inclusief touchscreens, betaalterminals, QR-scanners en geïntegreerde videosystemen.
  • Je installeert en configureert interactieve schermen, digitale kiosken en netwerkverbindingen en zorgt voor een optimale werking van de verschillende toepassingen.
  • Je biedt eerste- en tweedelijns technische ondersteuning en analyseert storingen op het vlak van hardware, software, communicatie en connectiviteit.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij de integratie en het gebruik van digitale webshopplatformen en gekoppelde softwaretoepassingen.
  • Je verzorgt technische opleidingen en gebruikersinstructies zodat klanten zelfstandig en efficiënt met de digitale oplossingen kunnen werken.
  • Je documenteert technische problemen en oplossingen, bouwt mee aan een interne kennisdatabase en draagt bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van de dienstverlening.
  • Je neemt volgens een beurtrol deel aan de technische wachtdienst en voert regelmatig internationale klantenbezoeken uit, waaronder verplaatsingen met overnachting in Frankrijk.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in Elektromechanica, IT, Elektronica of Netwerkbeheer, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante technische ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met hardware, software, netwerktechnologie en technische troubleshooting en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te verdiepen in innovatieve digitale toepassingen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en didactisch sterk en kunt complexe technische problemen op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier uitleggen aan gebruikers.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen en te overnachten.
