Voor een internationaal actieve productieorganisatie in de regio Wingene zoeken we een Supply Chain Verantwoordelijke die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en oog heeft voor zowel mensen als processen. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen verschillende teams en zet mee in op een vlotte, betrouwbare werking.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Aansturing van teams: je motiveert medewerkers, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking.
  • Planning en materiaalbeheer: je bewaakt de planning, voorraadniveaus en beschikbaarheid van materialen.
  • Dagelijkse werking: je volgt de activiteiten op en stuurt bij wanneer er zich problemen voordoen.
  • Optimalisatie: je zoekt naar manieren om processen en goederenstromen efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Operationele ondersteuning: je helpt bij uitdagingen met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Resultaten opvolgen: je bewaakt belangrijke KPI's rond leverbetrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen supply chain, logistiek, planning of operations, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Kennis van SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
