Een gevestigde en groeiende producent van hoogwaardig constructies en maatwerkoplossingen in de regio Roeselare - Gits, zoeken we een Technisch Tekenaar / CAD-CAM & Design Automation. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische productuitwerking met het programmeren en automatiseren van het ontwerp- en orderproces.

Ongeveer de helft van je job bestaat uit CAD-CAM-programmering en design automation in een Inventor- en CPQ-omgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantkeuzes en productopties correct worden vertaald naar productie en dat werkinstructies automatisch worden gegenereerd. Daarnaast werk je technische ontwerpen en projecten mee uit, van concept tot realisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Ongeveer de helft van je tijd besteed je aan het programmeren en onderhouden van CAD-CAM-toepassingen in een Inventor- en CPQ-omgeving.
  • Je ontwikkelt design automation waarmee onder meer werkinstructies automatisch vanuit Inventor worden gegenereerd.
  • Je vertaalt productopties en klantkeuzes naar correcte technische informatie, zodat de gemaakte keuzes vlot en foutloos doorstromen naar productie.
  • Je stemt nauw af met de calculator en de productieafdeling om te controleren of alle opties correct zijn uitgewerkt en uitvoerbaar zijn.
  • Je werkt samen met marketing aan een intuïtief orderproces en een gebruiksvriendelijke productconfiguratie voor klanten.
  • Je werkt houten buitenconstructies en maatwerkprojecten technisch uit en maakt 2D- en 3D-tekeningen, productmodellen en productieklare documentatie.
  • Je bewaakt de maakbaarheid en technische kwaliteit van producten en helpt constructiedetails en productiemethodes te optimaliseren.
  • Je volgt de technische vertaling van ontwerp en bestelling naar productie op en zoekt samen met collega's naar verbeteringen in het automatiserings- en productieproces.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Houttechnologie, Ontwerp- en Productietechnologie of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding. Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters en kandidaten met een eerste werkervaring komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht, interesse in houtconstructies en productieprocessen, én zin om programmeer- en automatiseringsoplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in CAD-CAM, Inventor en/of CPQ. Je bent leergierig en vindt het interessant om ontwerp- en orderprocessen slimmer en meer geautomatiseerd te maken.
