Vous avez envie de rejoindre l’équipe pour le poste de 1ER CHEF DE PARTIE ?

Missions :

- Respecter les consignes du chef et du responsable d’établissement ;

- Mise en place et préparations des plats ;

- Maitriser les principales techniques de production culinaire ;

- Vérifier les préparations et les plats (goût, qualité, présentation…) des cuisiniers, commis et apprentis ;

- Assurer le suivi des commandes, des livraisons et le rangement des marchandises ;

- Vérifier la qualité et la conformité des produits livrés ;

- Nettoyage et entretien de la cuisine ;

- Accompagner et former les nouveaux arrivants en cuisine.

Profil :

- Tu es dynamique et soucieux du bien-être du client,

- Tu es capable d’appliquer et faire appliquer les bases culinaires,

- Tu es capable de s’adapter à la diversité des rythmes de commande,

- Tu es créatif et tu as un bon esprit d’équipe,

- Tu aimes travailler en équipe,

- Tu es polyvalent et est à l’écoute.
