Falcks tjänster inom hälsa och arbetsliv når 1,2 miljoner människor över hela Sverige och bidrar till ett hållbart arbetsliv och privatliv för alla. Har du erfarenhet av att arbeta brett inom support och service med inslag av fakturering/ekonomi? Nu söker Falck en medarbetare på ett 12-månaders vikariat till Falcks Kundreskontra/kundtjänst avdelning i Vasastan i Stockholm. Du kommer bl.a. att arbeta med: Kundförfrågningar avseende fakturor och avtal Hantera kund- och leverantörsfakturor Hantera och administrera våra affärssystem avseende t.ex. avtal, uppdrag, tjänster, bokningar och faktureringar

Vi söker dig som har: Gymnasiekompetens med inriktning på ekonomi Erfarenhet från kundsupport och kundservice Erfarenhet av fakturahantering och kundreskontra God systemvana och goda kunskaper i Officepaketet Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska både muntligt och skriftligt
