Vi söker trygga, stabila och engagerade familjer som vill öppna sitt hem för en ungdom i behov av omfattande stöd och vägledning. Som förstärkt familjehem blir ni en viktig del i ett förändringsarbete där målet är att skapa trygghet, utveckling och hållbara lösningar för ungdomen. De ungdomar som placeras har ofta erfarenheter av svåra livssituationer och kan behöva stöd för att skapa struktur, bygga relationer och utveckla strategier för att hantera vardagen. Samtidigt har de styrkor, resurser och en stor potential att utvecklas när de får rätt stöd och förutsättningar. Att vara förstärkt familjehem är ett arvoderat uppdrag och inte en anställning. Uppdraget innebär att en vuxen i familjen finns hemma på heltid och kan erbjuda den närvaro, vägledning och trygghet som ungdomen behöver. För uppdraget utgår en konkurrenskraftig ekonomisk ersättning i form av arvode och omkostnadsersättning. Som förstärkt familjehem erbjuder ni inte bara ett hem och en trygg vardag. Ni blir en viktig del i ungdomens förändrings- och behandlingsprocess. Tillsammans med socialtjänst, ungdomens nätverk och andra professionella arbetar ni aktivt för att stärka ungdomens relationer, utveckla fungerande strategier i vardagen och skapa förutsättningar för en långsiktigt hållbar hemflytt eller övergång till annan lämplig boendeform när detta bedöms vara till ungdomens bästa. Vi söker dig som Är trygg, varm, stabil och har ett stort engagemang för ungdomar. Har god förmåga att skapa relationer och bygga förtroende. Är uthållig och står kvar även när utmaningar uppstår. Kan ge struktur, vägledning och känslomässigt stöd i vardagen. Är stresstålig och kan hantera situationer som ibland är komplexa och krävande. Är lösningsfokuserad och ser möjligheter snarare än hinder. Har god samarbetsförmåga och kan arbeta nära ungdomens nätverk och professionella kontakter. Är öppen för att utvecklas i uppdraget genom utbildning, handledning och kontinuerligt stöd.

Uppdraget innebär att En vuxen i familjen finns hemma på heltid. Ungdomen erbjuds ett eget rum. Ni arbetar aktivt med behandlingsinriktade insatser i vardagen utifrån uppsatta mål. Ni stödjer och stärker ungdomens relationer till familj, släkt och andra viktiga personer. Ni samverkar nära med socialtjänst, skola, vårdnadshavare och andra professionella aktörer. Ni bidrar till att skapa förutsättningar för en långsiktigt hållbar hemflytt eller övergång till annan lämplig boendeform när detta är aktuellt. Ni deltar i obligatorisk utbildning före och under uppdraget. Ni tar emot regelbunden handledning och stöd från socialtjänsten som en naturlig och obligatorisk del av uppdraget.
