Young Entrepreneurs in Science (YES) arbeitet für einen Kulturwandel in der Wissenschaft hin zu mehr unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln. Der Train-the-Trainer und Train-the-Scout schaffen als Multiplikator:innen-Programme nachhaltig Wirkung in Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen. In interaktiven Workshops im In- und Ausland ermutigt YES zudem Promovierende, Masterstudierende und Postdocs aller Disziplinen, ihren Gründungsgeist zu entdecken und eigene Ideen weiterzuentwickeln. YES vermittelt entrepreneurial Skills und Innovationsmethoden und zeigt mit unternehmerischen Karrierewegen neue Perspektiven auf. Durch Netzwerktreffen fördern wir den Austausch zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft.

Die Stelle umfasst 30h/ Woche und ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet. Bitte füge deiner Bewerbung ein Anschreiben bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestalterische und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Print- und Digitalprodukten von Informationsmaterialien aller Art nach Corporate Design (hauptsächlich in englischer Sprache)
  • Grafische Gestaltung des Online-Auftritts (Website)
  • Instructional Design (Überarbeitung von Powerpoint-Präsentationen und Erstellung von Vorlagen für Workshopformate usw.)
  • Koordination externer Dienstleistender (Website-Programmierende, Fotografierende, Illustrierende u.a.)

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Medien- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder eine berufsrelevante Ausbildung abgeschlossen
  • Du hast idealerweise 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Background in einer Agentur oder NGO ist ein Plus)
  • Du beherrschst die Adobe-Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
  • Du bist per Du mit InDesign, Powerpoint und Wordpress
  • Du bringst Projektmanagement-Erfahrungen mit
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gern in einem Team mit Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsfreiheit
  • Du bist selbstorganisiert, zuverlässig und findest dich in komplexe Projektstrukturen ein
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv mit Weitblick und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
