Über das Projekt

Young Entrepreneurs in Science (YES) ermutigt Promovierende, Masterstudierende und Postdocs aller Disziplinen, ihren Gründungsgeist zu entdecken und eigene Ideen weiterzuentwickeln. In interaktiven Workshops – online, vor Ort und zunehmend auch im europäischen Ausland – vermitteln wir Entrepreneurial Skills und Innovationsmethoden und zeigen neue Perspektiven auf unternehmerische Karrierewege.Durch Netzwerktreffen fördern wir den Austausch zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft. Mit Formaten wie Train- the-Trainer und Train-the-Scout verfolgen wir einen Multiplikator:innenansatz, der nachhaltige Wirkung in Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen schafft.

Wir suchen Dich zum 01.09.2026 mit einem Stundenumfang von 40h. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr mit der Option auf Verlängerung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Mitgestaltung und Wirkungsmanagement des Gesamtprojekts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätsmanagerin (u. a. Wirkungsziele, Weiterentwicklung der Wirkungssystematik).
  • Konzeption, Beantragung und Verwaltung von Fördermitteln (deutsche und ggf. EU-Förderprogramme), inklusive Konzeptentwicklung, Budgetplanung und Prozesskoordination.
  • Koordination und Steuerung des Gesamtprojekts als Schnittstelle zu Unterprogrammen, organisationsweiten Initiativen, externen Partnern und dem Projektträger.
  • Finanz- und Ressourcenmanagement für das Gesamtprojekt (ca. 1 Mio. €/Jahr), einschließlich Budgetplanung,Forecasting, Mittelsteuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung.
  • Organisation zentraler Projektprozesse wie Gremienarbeit, Vertragsmanagement sowie Pflege projektrelevanter Daten und Kontakte im CRM-System.
  • Repräsentation des Projekts nach außen durch Netzwerkpflege und -ausbau, Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen sowie Moderation und Vorträge.
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Kooperationen und Finanzierungsoptionen, einschließlich Akquise potenzieller Förder- und Finanzierungspartner.
  • Gemeinsame Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektteams mit der zweiten Projektleitung, einschließlich Personalentwicklung, Ressourcenplanung sowie Begleitung von Recruiting- und Auswahlprozessen.

Dein Profil

Qualifikation & fachliche Expertise

  • Mindestens Masterabschluss.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Expertise im Bereich Wissenschaftstransfer sowie ein entsprechendes Netzwerk.
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Themen Wissenschaft & Innovation, Forschungstransfer und Start-ups.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Wirkungsmanagement und der Wirkungssteuerung.

Projekt-, Förder- und Finanzmanagement

  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung öffentlicher Fördermittel, verbunden mit einem unternehmerischen Mindset.
  • Erfahrung in der Budgetplanung und -steuerung vergleichbarer Budgets (ca. 1 Mio. € pro Jahr).
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen.

Führung & Zusammenarbeit

  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im Non-Profit-Bereich.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einer Doppelspitze sowie an regelmäßigem Sparring.
  • Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung für Team- und Personalentwicklung sowie eine hohe Selbstreflexion in der Führungsrolle.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Team- und Individualcoaching sowie in der Förderung einer konstruktiven Feedback- und Fehlerkultur.

Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit

  • Ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Erfahrung mit oder Interesse an einer agilen Team- und Arbeitskultur (z. B. rollenbasiertes und iteratives Arbeiten, Dailys und Retrospektiven).

  • Freude an Dienstreisen, Bühnenpräsenz sowie am Aufbau und der Pflege von Netzwerken.
