Wir betreuen anspruchsvolle Privatkundschaft sowie Firmenkunden im Incentive\-Bereich und legen grossen Wert auf persönliche Betreuung, Diskretion und höchste Servicequalität.

Team Assistant – Administration \& Backoffice (m/w/d) \- 40% ==============================================================

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort eine zuverlässige, engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit, die uns in der Administration und Kundenbetreuung unterstützt, eigenständig Verantwortung übernimmt und den Büroalltag aktiv mitgestaltet.

Die Position ist als Präsenzstelle an unserem Bürostandort in Regensdorf vorgesehen.

Ihr Profil ----------

* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, weiterführende Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration oder im Backoffice

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten richtig zu setzen

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein gutes Gespür für effiziente Abläufe

* Sicherer Umgang mit E\-Mail, gängigen Office\-Tools und digitalen Anwendungen

* Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und ein professioneller, freundlicher Umgang mit anspruchsvoller Kundschaft

  • Strukturierte, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Diskretion und ein professioneller, freundlicher Umgang mit anspruchsvoller Kundschaft
