Falu Demens Omsorg söker nu 3 st nya medarbetare på ett vikariat mån-fre dagtid. Du bör har ett stort intresse för demens och du behöver förstå vad det innebär att leva med en demenssjukdom. Vi söker dig som har ett stort tålamod och viljan att göra det där lilla extra hos dina kunder. Vi står ofta inför svåra utmaningar i det dagliga och vi ser därför att du som person är lugn men handlingskraftig. Vi tänker på miljön och har därför valt att använda el cykel som vårat färdmedel i första hand. Vi har även manuella bilar, men man måste vara öppen för att cykla i alla väder då det är cykel som används i största möjliga mån. Vi erbjuder ett omväxlande arbete med fantastiska kollegor och kunder, ingen dag är den andra lik och det är just därför det är så roligt att jobba hos oss! Att jobba inom vården är fantastiskt givande och en erfarenhet för livet. Vi utgår från våra otroligt mysiga lokaler på regementsområdet. Arbetsuppgifterna är mycket varierande allt från att hjälpa till med inköp, städ och tvätt, personlig omvårdnad eller att följa med på läkarbesök till att bereda måltider i det egna hemmet. Personerna vi åker hem till har någon form av kognitiv svårighet. Du behöver vara självgående, driven, ansvarstagande, tala bra svenska och ha hjärtat på rätt ställe. Egenskaper som vi också värdesätter är att du är stresstålig och flexibel. Önskvärt om du kan börja jobba omgående alternativ från och med 1 december. Ta chansen! Du behövs!
