About this Role

We are looking for someone who loves making things run smoothly and bringing out the best in people! You find it exciting to turn operational chaos into seamless workflows and solve everyday team problems.

On the Job

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with employee documentation, access requests, coordination, and exit formalities to ensure a smooth experience for every team member.
  • Database & Tracker Upkeep: Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR records, attendance/leave logs, and internal operation trackers in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Employee Queries: Help address everyday employee queries regarding company policies, leave balances, and documentation.
  • Engagement & Events: Assist in planning and executing team celebrations, in-person engagement activities, and cultural events.
  • Cross-Functional Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure pending operational tasks are completed on time.
  • Process Automation: Spot repetitive, manual tasks in your workflow and explore ways to automate them using AI tools and simple integrations.
  • SOP Maintenance: Draft and update process guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep internal documentation fresh.

Must-Haves

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for accuracy in records and data
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • You close loops, meet timelines, and keep things running smoothly without needing reminders.
  • Clear and prompt communication skills

Good to Haves

  • You’ve used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to get work done
  • Some exposure to automation tools or an HRMS (Keka or similar)
  • Internship experience in HR domain
