Nu söker vi en receptionist till Familjeläkarna Vaxholm vårdcentral.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Nu finns en fantastisk möjlighet för dig som receptionist att bli en del av vårt team i Vaxholm vårdcentral. Vårdcentralen ligger så nära havet man kan komma och ändå bara 45 minuter från Stockholms city med skärgårdsbåt. Här kombinerar du ett stimulerande arbete med en unik miljö i skärgårdens huvudstad.

På vårdcentralen finns flera olika yrkeskategorier och vi är ett glatt gäng som har mycket roligt ihop och en fin sammanhållning.

Som receptionist kommer du att svara i telefon, ta emot patienter och registrera kassan, ta betalt, ta emot återbud. Posthantering och remisshantering ingår i receptionsjobbet. Som receptionist kommer du att vara ”spindeln i nätet”, vi lägger stor vikt vid gott bemötande.

Dina kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig med intresse och erfarenhet av receptionsarbete och patientkontakt. Du är noggrann och effektiv och gillar att ta eget ansvar. Erfarenhet av patientadministrativt arbete inom sjukvård är meriterande. Det är en fördel om du gillar att ha många bollar i luften. Stor vikt läggs vid personliga egenskaper som initiativförmåga, flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Vi ser gärna att du har undersköterskeutbildning.

Tjänsten är ett graviditetsvikariat.
