Arbetsuppgifter för behovsanställd sjuksköterska i jourverksamheten Älvsjö

Som behovsanställd sjuksköterska får du ett självständigt och omväxlande arbete under jourtid, där du utgår från vår verksamhet i Älvsjö. Du ansvarar för sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter, inklusive omvårdnad, läkemedelshantering, bedömningar och akutinsatser på våra LSS- och SÄBO-boenden. Dokumentation sker i journalsystemet Take Care och planering via Alfa Welfare och combine. Du samarbetar både med kollegor och externa parter för att garantera trygg och säker vård av hög kvalitet.

Kvalifikationer för sjuksköterska inom jour och behovsanställning Älvsjö

  • Legitimerad sjuksköterska
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar
  • Flexibel och anpassningsbar, tillgänglig vid behov
  • Positivt och lösningsinriktat förhållningssätt
  • Goda samarbets- och kommunikationskunskaper
  • Engagerad i empatiskt och respektfullt bemötande
  • Körkort är ett krav
  • Erfarenhet av kommunal vård och/eller LSS/SÄBO är meriterande
