Om Rollen som Sjuksköterska inom Jourverksamhet i Älvsjö

Som sjuksköterska hos oss kommer du att ha ett flexibelt och självständigt arbete. Du kommer att utföra sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter hos patienter i deras egna hem, vilket kräver förmåga att arbeta självständigt och fatta beslut på egen hand. Du blir del av ett engagerat team av läkare, sjuksköterskor och vårdpersonal som tillsammans arbetar för att säkerställa högkvalitativ vård.

Vi söker en kompetent och engagerad sjuksköterska för jourarbete inom LSS - Säbo verksamheter. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta med omsorg och stöd till personer med särskilda behov i deras hem. Arbetet är både varierande och självständigt med fokus på att främja individernas hälsa och välbefinnande. Du kommer att ingå i ett team av dedikerade vårdprofessionella som tillsammans säkerställer högsta möjliga vårdkvalitet.

Ansvarsområden och Arbetsuppgifter

Arbeta i team med annan vårdpersonal för att möta patienternas behov. Dokumentera i journalsystemet Take Care, Appva och Treserva för dokumentation och Mobil Klinik för vårdplanering. Bidra till att patienter och deras närstående känner sig trygga och delaktiga i vården.

Utföra medicinska bedömningar

Kvalifikationer och Erfarenhet

Du är utbildad sjuksköterska med förmågan att arbeta självständigt och göra egna bedömningar. Tidigare erfarenhet av jourarbete inom lss och säbo eller avancerad sjukvård i hemmet är meriterande. Ett krav är att du har körkort.

Personliga Egenskaper

Positiv och initiativrik med ett genuint intresse för vård i hemmet. God samarbetsförmåga och en vilja att bidra till ett positivt arbetsklimat. Ansvarstagande, flexibel och självständig i din yrkesutövning.
