Familjeläkarna söker nu legitimerade sjuksköterskor till LSS-verksamheten inom Familjeläkarna. Vi erbjuder en stimulerande arbetsplats där engagemang, omtanke och professionell vård alltid står i centrum. Vi arbetar med ett helhetsperspektiv och strävar efter att möta fysiska, psykiska, sociala och existentiella behov hos våra patienter.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Som sjuksköterska inom LSS kommer du att arbeta med ett brett spektrum av hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter, bland annat:

• Medicinska bedömningar och hälsokontroller för personer med olika funktionsnedsättningar

• Läkemedelshantering och säkerställande av korrekt medicinering

• Hälsosamtal och individuella vårdplaner i samarbete med andra vårdgivare

• Uppföljning av patienternas hälsa och behov av omvårdnad

• Dokumentation av vård- och behandlingsinsatser enligt gällande riktlinjer

• Samverkan med andra yrkesgrupper, såsom arbetsterapeuter, fysioterapeuter och socialtjänst

• Vägledning och stöd till personal inom området

. Vägledning och utbildning av personal inom LSS-området

.Delegering av medicinska arbetsuppgifter enligt gällande regelverk

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet

Vi söker dig som:

• Är legitimerad sjuksköterska • Har ett stort intresse för att arbeta med personer med funktionsnedsättning • Är självgående, ansvarstagande och har ett professionellt bemötande • Har god förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta med olika yrkesgrupper
