, direkt am Wohnort der Familien. Wir unterstützten Familien in herausfordernden Lebenslagen direkt im Alltag -

ressourcenorientiert, systemisch und lösungsfokussiert.

Der Begleitprozess ist methodisch aufgebaut und zielt darauf ab,

elterliche Kompetenzen zu stärken

Kindesentwicklung zu fördern

nachhaltige Veränderungen

im Familiensystem anzustossen. Die Arbeit findet

aufsuchend vor Ort

statt, im direkten Lebensumfeld der Familien - nah dran, wirksam und professionell.

Unsere Arbeit basiert auf Professionalität, Engagement, Wertschätzung, Transparenz und viel Fingerspitzengefühl . Wir arbeiten flexibel: aus dem Homeoffice , in der Praxis, im Austausch mit dem Team , in Inter- und Supervision .

Ihre Aufgaben

Als fallführende Fachperson übernehmen Sie verantwortungsvoll die Begleitung und Koordination in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Systemische Beratung und sozialpädagogische Begleitung von mehrfach belasteten Familiensystemen
  • Durchführung von Besuchsbegleitungen (je nach Auftrag)
  • Ressourcenorientierte Elternarbeit
  • Methodische Fallführung im Tandem mit einer zweiten Fachperson
  • Präzise Falldokumentation und Berichterstattung an zuweisende Stellen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und involvierten Fachstellen
  • Teilnahme an Standortgesprächen
  • Stellvertretung im Team bei Ferienabwesenheiten sowie fallbezogene Tandemarbeit

Ihr Profil

Sie bringen mit:

  • Tertiären Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie oder Pädagogik
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Familien, Eltern und Kindern
  • Berufserfahrung im Kindesschutz
  • Systemisch-lösungsorientierte Haltung und Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Mass an Empathie, Reflexionsfähigkeit und professioneller Distanz
  • Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hoher Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gutes Risikobewusstsein im Bereich Kindesschutz sowie Erfahrung in der Einschätzung von Ressourcen und Risiken
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenzen sowie Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind zwingend
  • Souveräner Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen auch abends oder am Wochenende (vor allem bei Besuchsbegleitungen)
  • Einwandfreier Strafregister- und Sonderprivatauszug
  • Flexible Mobilität (eigenes Auto, Führerausweis oder Öv-Liebhaber\*innen)
  • Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Kenntnisse socialweb von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit hochstrittigen Eltern sowie in der Moderation herausfordernder Familiensettings
