Responsabilidades

- Participar do planejamento e desenvolvimento de jogos.

- Otimizar a performance dos jogos.

- Colaborar com os times de front-end e back-end para entregar o melhor produto possível.

- Contribuir na especificação das funcionalidades equilibrando custo e benefício das soluções técnicas.

- Acompanhar cronogramas e reportar progresso de forma clara e objetiva.

- Desenvolver com autonomia códigos robustos e escaláveis.

- Explorar soluções em Inteligência Artificial que melhorem a capacidade de produção de features e qualidade de código.

Requisitos

- Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Game Design ou áreas correlatas.

- Conhecimentos avançados em Unity e da linguagem C#.

- Integração com componentes nativos Android e iOS (push notifications, IAP).

- Conhecimentos de banco de dados local e gerenciamento offline.

- Interesse em aplicar técnicas de IA (claude code, codex, gemini cli e etc) no contexto de desenvolvimento de jogos.

- Excelente comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipe.

- Perfil proativo, aprendizado rápido e compromisso com padrões elevados de qualidade.

Desejáveis

- Inglês avançado.

- Experiência com arquitetura de dados para jogos.

- Experiência prática com projetos lançados no mercado.
