About the Company

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

About the Role

Fanatics Collect is building a trusted marketplace where collectors can securely store, discover, buy, and sell trading cards. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development across the Collect marketplace, including Vault, Buy Now, auctions, and the tools that support marketplace operations.

In this role, you will define product strategy, translate customer and business needs into a focused roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and optimization. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and commercial partners to create seamless marketplace experiences that increase collector engagement, trust, and transaction activity.

As part of Fanatics Collectibles’ continued global growth, we are establishing a new technology hub in Mexico City focused on operational excellence, platform scalability, trust, and customer experience. This team partners closely with Customer Experience (CX), Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Payments, and Financial Operations organizations to build scalable systems and operational tooling that support millions of users and transactions globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for key Collect marketplace experiences, including Vault, Buy Now, auctions, and supporting operational tooling.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for managing vaulted assets, creating listings, discovering collectibles, placing bids, completing purchases, and tracking transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and marketplace opportunities through research, behavioral data, competitive insights, and direct partnership with collectors and internal teams.
  • Translate complex marketplace workflows into clear product requirements, prioritized user stories, and intuitive customer experiences.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design throughout discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Define success measures and use data to improve conversion, engagement, marketplace liquidity, sell-through, customer trust, and operational efficiency.
  • Balance customer value, commercial priorities, operational requirements, and technical constraints when making roadmap decisions.
  • Lead the development of internal tools that enable teams to manage inventory, listings, auctions, transactions, and customer exceptions effectively.
  • Anticipate dependencies across payments, order management, fulfillment, identity, fraud prevention, data, and platform capabilities.
  • Develop launch plans, align stakeholders, assess operational readiness, and communicate product decisions and results to senior leaders.
  • Monitor product performance after launch, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish a disciplined approach to experimentation and iteration.
  • Contribute to the broader Collect product strategy and help establish strong product management practices across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Five or more years of product management experience building and scaling customer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex products or customer journeys from strategy and discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver technically complex products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using customer insights, product data, and business metrics to guide decisions.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business and customer problems into clear product priorities and executable plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketplace dynamics and the relationship between customer experience, supply, demand, trust, and transaction performance.
  • Experience influencing across functions and aligning stakeholders with different priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product strategy, tradeoffs, and results to senior leaders.
  • Strong product judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, auction, inventory, or other transaction-oriented products.
  • Experience with real-time or time-sensitive experiences such as bidding, dynamic pricing, notifications, or live events.
  • Familiarity with payments, order management, fulfillment, identity, fraud prevention, or marketplace trust and safety.
  • Experience developing both customer-facing products and the internal tools required to operate them at scale.
  • Experience using experimentation, funnel analysis, and cohort behavior to optimize product performance.
  • Interest in trading cards, collectibles, marketplaces, or collector communities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will shape how collectors interact with their physical assets through digital marketplace experiences. Your work will make it easier and more rewarding for collectors to manage vaulted cards, participate in auctions, purchase collectibles, and engage with the Collect marketplace.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
