  • Serve as a key member of the site Safety Committee, contributing subject matter expertise and recommendations to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Maintenance and Operations Leadership.

People Leadership:

  • Provide daily assignments, monitor team performance, and conduct performance evaluations including auditing, coaching, training, and recommendations for promotions or corrective action up to and including separation recommendations to Senior Leadership.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical system issues using technical drawings — including blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics — and advanced diagnostic tools to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of Motor Control equipment including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and Input/Output (I/O) devices.
  • Analyze facility performance trends in partnership with the Facilities Manager, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, reduce costs, and strengthen preventative maintenance programs.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities with flexibility, adjusting hours as needed to ensure business needs are consistently met.
  • Maintain compliance with all departmental and company standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements, modeling accountability and ownership at every level of the facilities function.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
