Assistente de Atendimento – Pronto Atendimento Virtual

Descrição da vaga

Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar no suporte às operações do Pronto Atendimento Virtual, contribuindo para a qualidade do atendimento aos pacientes e para o bom funcionamento dos serviços. Essa pessoa será responsável pelo acompanhamento de consultas, atendimento aos pacientes e operadoras de saúde, apoio à resolução de demandas e monitoramento de indicadores, garantindo uma experiência positiva e eficiente.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Monitorar diariamente as consultas realizadas, acompanhando as informações e identificando possíveis pendências.
  • Atender às solicitações de convênios e operadoras de saúde, esclarecendo dúvidas e prestando as informações necessárias.
  • Acompanhar o indicador de absenteísmo e abandono de filas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ações para reduzir essas ocorrências.
  • Realizar atendimentos aos pacientes por meio da central de relacionamento, prestando orientações e esclarecendo dúvidas.
  • Apoiar a resolução de reclamações e solicitações recebidas pelos canais de atendimento, buscando soluções adequadas e garantindo o retorno aos pacientes.
  • Prestar suporte administrativo e operacional às atividades do Pronto Atendimento Virtual.
  • Apoiar os processos de agendamento e acompanhamento de consultas, contribuindo para a organização dos atendimentos.
  • Auxiliar os médicos e a equipe operacional nas demandas relacionadas ao funcionamento do serviço.
  • Registrar e atualizar informações nos sistemas utilizados pela área, garantindo a organização e a confiabilidade dos dados.
  • Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a função, conforme as necessidades da área.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência com agendamento de consultas e exames na área da saúde.
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente no segmento de saúde.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática, incluindo Word, Excel e e-mail.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com plataformas de operadoras de saúde.
  • Vivência em atendimento remoto, telemedicina ou centrais de relacionamento.
  • Experiência com acompanhamento de indicadores de atendimento e absenteísmo.
