O farmacêutico da Rede Antonelli é um profissional que orienta, acolhe e inspira confiança, contribuindo para que cada cliente tenha uma vida mais saudável, longa e feliz.

Prestar atendimento farmacêutico com excelência, acolhimento e ética, assegurando uma experiência positiva aos clientes. Realizar a dispensação de medicamentos, observando rigorosamente a legislação vigente e as Boas Práticas Farmacêuticas. Orientar clientes sobre o uso correto, seguro e racional de medicamentos, suplementos e demais produtos comercializados pela empresa.

Executar e registrar os serviços farmacêuticos autorizados por lei, garantindo qualidade, segurança e conformidade técnica. Realizar a conferência, o armazenamento e o controle de medicamentos, garantindo a correta conservação, organização e validade dos produtos. Controlar a movimentação, escrituração e armazenamento de medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial, conforme a legislação vigente.

Acompanhar e assegurar o cumprimento das normas da Vigilância Sanitária e dos procedimentos internos da Rede Antonelli. Responsabilizar-se tecnicamente pela unidade durante seu período de atuação, zelando pelo cumprimento das exigências legais e regulatórias.

Apoiar, orientar e desenvolver tecnicamente a equipe, promovendo uma cultura de excelência no atendimento e melhoria contínua. Atuar de forma integrada com a liderança da unidade para o alcance dos indicadores de desempenho, qualidade, atendimento e resultados. Contribuir para a organização, limpeza, padronização e segurança do ambiente de trabalho.

Participar de treinamentos, campanhas de saúde e programas de desenvolvimento promovidos pela empresa. Manter-se constantemente atualizado sobre legislação, protocolos, produtos e inovações da área farmacêutica.

Atuar como referência técnica e comportamental, fortalecendo a cultura da Rede Antonelli por meio de atitudes pautadas no respeito, na ética, na responsabilidade e no cuidado com as pessoas. Promover, em cada atendimento, a missão da Rede Antonelli de gerar saúde, bem-estar e autoestima, contribuindo para tornar a vida das pessoas mais saudável, longa e feliz.
