Pensou Farmácias APP.O seu aplicativo de compras online de medicamentos, saúde e beleza — tudo em um só lugar.Saiba mais sobre a gente: www.farmaciasapp.com.br#VemproFármaciasAPP 🧡💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia você vai: Executar campanhas nos canais de CRM (e-mail, push, webpush, webmessage e outros), seguindo calendários e direcionamentos do time;Apoiar na criação e implementação de réguas de relacionamento focadas em aquisição, retenção e reativação de clientes; Operar ferramentas de automação e CRM (como Insider, Braze, Salesforce, RD Station ou similares) para envio de comunicações;

Apoiar a realização de testes e validações de comunicações, links, personalizações e configurações antes dos disparos;Auxiliar na criação de jornadas automatizadas (boas-vindas, abandono de carrinho, recompra, etc.);Aplicar segmentações básicas com base em dados como comportamento de compra e engajamento;Apoiar na criação de briefings e na organização de campanhas sazonais;Auxiliar na realização de testes A/B e acompanhar resultados das campanhas;Monitorar indicadores de CRM (abertura, clique, conversão, engajamento, entre outros);Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas internas como Growth, Branding e Comercial;Apoiar na organização e atualização da base de clientes, garantindo qualidade dos dados;Contribuir com melhorias simples nos processos e nas comunicações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê precisa ter:•📊 Experiência inicial em CRM, automações de marketing ou Marketing, com vivência prática em execução ou acompanhamento de campanhas (é um diferencial ter experiência com Insider One);•💻 Conhecimento básico dos principais conceitos de CRM, como segmentação de públicos, campanhas de relacionamento, réguas de comunicação e ciclo de vida do consumidor;•📩 Familiaridade com canais de comunicação (como e-mail, push notifications, WhatsApp);•📈Conhecimento básico de indicadores de campanhas, como entregabilidade, abertura, cliques e conversões;•🗂️ Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade das entregas;•🧭Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas;•💻 Perfil colaborativo, proativo e com disposição para aprender e desenvolver autonomia na rotina de CRM.Informações adicionais⏳Horário de trabalho: 08:00 as 18:00 (Seg a Sex);🎟️ Vale Alimentação;🍽️ Vale Refeição;🏥 Plano de Saúde;🦷 Plano Odontológico;🛡️ Seguro de Vida;💪TotalPass.
