Haal jij energie uit het aansturen van een groep interne collega's en externe contractoren die instaan voor de regelmatige schoonmaak om een optimale kwaliteit van onze producten te garanderen? Sta jij garant voor een vlekkeloze inplanning en opvolging van deze werkzaamheden?

Als Supervisor / Coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en actualiseren van alle grote poetswerkzaamheden in onze productieplant te Lommel. Je draagt bij aan een optimaal productieproces door te zorgen voor hygiënische installaties, hetgeen cruciaal is om klachten, productverlies, extra inspecties en productiestilstanden te vermijden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren, opvolgen van de poetswerkzaamheden, incl. aanwezigheid tijdens de grote poetsbeurten bij stilstanden, permanente poetsactiviteiten, technische poetswerken, deep cleaning en speciale reinigingen.
  • Actualiseren van de planning volgens wijzigingen in installaties, frequenties, procedures, KPI’s en budget.
  • Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, inclusief visuele hygiëne-inspecties, microbiologische controles en testkits voor allergenen en chemie.
  • Waken over de naleving van veiligheidsinstructies bij alle poetsactiviteiten.
  • Beheer van de poetsmaterialen, reinigingsinstallaties, poetsproducten en het poetslokaal.
  • Afstemmen en pro-actief verbeteren van werkmethodes en procedures, opstellen van werkinstructies en bijdragen aan kwaliteitsbewustzijn in de organisatie.
  • Constructief samenwerken en onderhandelen met externe partners rond prestaties, veiligheid en planning.

Je rapporteert aan de QA Manager.

  • Goede kennis van kritische aandachtspunten rond reinheid van installaties en auditvereisten.
  • Grondige kennis van reinigingsmethodes, detergenten en chemische producten volgens bedrijfs-, klant- en wettelijke normen.
  • Vertrouwd met productieprocessen, veiligheidsinstructies en noodprocedures.
  • In staat om het overzicht te bewaren, efficiënt te plannen en autonoom te werken.
  • Communicatief sterk, met de nodige skills om overlegmomenten te leiden, audits te begeleiden en moeilijke gesprekken te voeren.
