Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Marketingstrategie mit Fokus auf Performance, Leadgenerierung und Markenaufbau
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Paid- und organische Kampagnen inkl. Reporting und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Konzeption und Erstellung von Content für Website, Social Media, Newsletter und PR
  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Foto- und Videoproduktionen
  • Aktive Rolle im Website-Relaunch und anschließende Betreuung
  • Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts und Weiterentwicklung der Corporate Identity
  • Planung und Organisation von Messeauftritten und Marketingprojekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Geschäftsführung, Produktmanagement, HR und externen Dienstleistern
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Marketingprozesse und -strukturen

Dein Profil (Must-have)

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Du bringst bereits mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Marketing mit und arbeitest dich gerne eigenständig in neue Themen ein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, Dinge in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitzugestalten und Projekte voranzutreiben
  • Begeisterung für Landwirtschaft, Smart Farming und Landtechnik
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Marketingtools von Vorteil (Meta Business Suite, Newsletter, Wordpress, Adobe, Canva, CapCut etc.) sowie Offenheit für den Einsatz von KI im Marketingalltag
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kreatives Gespür für Layout, Text und Design
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementkompetenzen
  • Reisebereitschaft (Messen, Contentdreh, etc.)
