Para el centro de distribución de Farmacias Ahumada estamos en búsqueda de un Administrativo/a Logística Inversa para unirse a nuestro equipo en Pudahuel. Este puesto en el área de Salud, Medicina y Farmacia requiere de una persona con título Técnico o profesional en Administración, Logística o áreas relacionadas.

Como Administrativo/a Logística Inversa, serás responsable de brindar soporte administrativo al área de Logística Inversa, gestionar documentación, registros y reportes, facilitar la comunicación entre los Encargados de Operaciones y el área de Operaciones, contribuyendo a la trazabilidad y continuidad de los procesos de canje y devoluciones.

Buscamos a alguien proactivo/a, organizado/a y con habilidades de resolución de problemas para contribuir a la mejora continua de nuestros procesos logísticos. La modalidad de trabajo es Presencial, en un ambiente dinámico y colaborativo.

Dentro de las funciones están:

  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la documentación operativa del área
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de productividad, indicadores y novedades del área.
  • Gestionar la carga y actualización de datos en el WMS y otros sistemas de gestión.
  • Apoyar en la recepción, archivo y control de la documentación de proveedores, incluyendo la emisión de guías de devolución al proveedor.
  • Apoyar el seguimiento de los procesos de canje y devoluciones, asegurando el respaldo documental correspondiente.

Requisitos

  • Técnico o profesional en Administración, Logística o áreas relacionadas.
  • Manejo de sistemas WMS y herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Deseable al menos tener un 1 año de experiencia en el rubro.
  • Manejo avanzado de Office.
