Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Analista de Control de Calidad para integrarse a nuestro Recetario Magistral. Su principal responsabilidad será ejecutar controles físicos, químicos, microbiológicos y documentales de materias primas, materiales de envase, productos elaborados y procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas, procedimientos internos y normativa sanitaria vigente.

Principales funciones

  • Realizar muestreos y controles de calidad de materias primas.
  • Revisar la documentación técnica y certificados asociados a los insumos recibidos.
  • Ejecutar análisis de identificación de acuerdo con las especificaciones y farmacopeas aplicables.
  • Realizar controles organolépticos, físicos y químicos de preparados magistrales.
  • Controlar parámetros como peso, volumen, uniformidad, pH y viscosidad, entre otros.
  • Evaluar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones antes de la liberación de materias primas y productos terminados.
  • Registrar y reportar desviaciones, no conformidades y resultados de los análisis.
  • Elaborar y gestionar certificados de análisis e informes de resultados.
  • Mantener actualizados los procedimientos, formularios y registros del laboratorio.
  • Asegurar la trazabilidad de los análisis realizados.
  • Verificar el correcto funcionamiento, calibración y mantenimiento de los equipos de laboratorio.
  • Participar en auditorías, investigaciones de desviaciones y actividades de mejora continua.
  • Colaborar en validaciones, verificaciones y estudios de estabilidad cuando corresponda.
  • Cumplir las Buenas Prácticas de Elaboración y Control de Calidad, junto con las normas de higiene y seguridad.

Condiciones

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en la comuna de San Joaquín, a pasos del metro Camino Agrícola.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos cumpliendo las 42 hrs semanales de lunes a sábados, entre las 08:00 a 22:00 hrs.
  • Contrato a plazo fijo por 1 mes, luego renovación según desempeño por 3 meses y posterior indefinido.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Título técnico profesional como Técnico/a en Laboratorio Químico, Técnico/a en Análisis Químico, Analista Químico/a o formación equivalente.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel usuario.
  • Conocimientos en protocolos, registros y gestión documental.
  • Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas de uso administrativo.
  • Capacidad para realizar cálculos aritméticos de baja complejidad.
  • Manejo de instrumentos y equipos de laboratorio.

Experiencia deseable

  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en laboratorios farmacéuticos, áreas de control de calidad o recetarios magistrales.
  • Experiencia en gestión documental.
  • Conocimientos de normativa GMP y Buenas Prácticas de Elaboración.
