Kort fortalt: Farmasiet, Norges største nettapotek, bygger for første gang et internt teknologiteam i Oslo. Vi ser etter en hands-on Tech Lead som er med på å forme både teamet og teknologiretningen videre, med kort vei til beslutningstakere og direkte samarbeid med CPTO.

Farmasiet er i sterk vekst, og teknologien vår er en sentral del av hvordan vi skaper gode kundeopplevelser. Plattformen håndterer både e-commerce og resepthåndtering for titusenvis av kunder hver uke. Nå tar vi neste steg: I løpet av 2026 vokser teamet med to utviklere og en UX-designer, og du er med på å bestemme hvordan.

Om rollen

Rollen kombinerer hands-on utvikling med teknisk ansvar. Du påvirker arkitekturvalg, kodekvalitet og gode utviklingspraksiser, og jobber tett med produktsjefene våre i Oslo og med utviklerne hos vår utviklingspartner, hvor hoveddelen av utviklingskapasiteten fortsatt ligger.

Du vil blant annet ha ansvar for å:

  • Utvikle Farmasiets digitale plattform, hands-on
  • Sikre god kodekvalitet, arkitektur og utviklingspraksis
  • Jobbe i tverrfaglige team med produkt, UX og utviklere
  • Ta tekniske vurderinger og står for prioriteringene
  • Bygge opp Farmasiets interne teknologikompetanse over tid

Om plattformen

Farmasiets plattform er bygget for å håndtere kompleksiteten i et moderne nettapotek: høyt transaksjonsvolum, strenge krav til resepthåndtering, integrasjoner mot logistikk og helsesystemer, og en kundereise som spenner fra søk og kjøp til personalisering og gjenkjøp.

  • E-commerce: Optimizely DXP
  • Utvikling: .NET, React
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure
  • Data: Databricks
  • ERP og logistikk: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Astro WMS

Rundt kjernen er plattformen integrert med betalingsløsninger (inkludert Vipps), logistikkpartnere, markedsføringsverktøy, analyse og rapportering. Vi har også egne løsninger for reseptbestilling og resepthåndtering som stiller spesifikke krav til sikkerhet og sporbarhet.

Det er mye som er bra, og det er mye som kan gjøres bedre. Du vil få påvirke begge deler.

Vi ser etter deg som

  • Har solid erfaring med skalerbare webarkitekturer (.NET, Azure, React)
  • Trives med å kombinere koding med teknisk ansvar og påvirkning
  • Er komfortabel med å ta tekniske beslutninger og stå for dem
  • Kommuniserer godt med ikke-tekniske kolleger, på norsk og engelsk
  • Er nysgjerrig på AI og moderne utviklerverktøy, og har gjerne tatt dem i bruk allerede

Bonus hvis du har erfaring med e-commerce- og ERP-økosystemer (CMS, søk, CDP, CRM, anbefalingssystemer) eller CI/CD-verktøy som Azure DevOps eller Octopus.
