  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine parts room questions, urgent requests, and service issues from maintenance, operations, and other authorized personnel.
  • Maintain the accuracy and reliability of parts, supplies, tools, and equipment inventories through daily reviews, cycle counts, transaction audits, and timely correction or escalation of discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate daily records for inventory, incoming orders, backorders, returns, tool accountability, and other parts room activity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to communicate availability, delivery status, substitutions, shortages, and priority needs.
  • Promote a clean, orderly, secure, and safe parts room; reinforce applicable food safety, plant safety, access-control, and personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Identify recurring inventory, supplier, workflow, or system issues and recommend practical process improvements to the Parts Room Supervisor.
  • Support shift handoffs and communicate priorities, shortages, urgent requests, and unresolved issues to ensure continuity of service.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
