What You'll Do:

- Drive sales growth by building and expanding a client base through networking, proactive outreach, and community engagement.

- Clearly communicate product benefits and provide personalized education to clients across auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products.

- Conduct needs assessments and design tailored insurance solutions that address each client’s goals.

- Manage all stages of the sales process: identifying prospects, conducting consultations, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

- Develop lasting relationships through regular client communication, follow-ups, and policy reviews to maximize satisfaction and retention.

- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while prioritizing long-term customer loyalty.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of Farmers Insurance products.

What We're Looking For:

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- A driven, entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for sales success.

- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic pipeline with effective time management.

- Previous sales or client-facing experience is preferred but not required.

- Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).

- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
