The Terry Smith Agency in Battle Creek is looking for a motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people, working toward goals, and building a career with long-term potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Connect with potential customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach

- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

- Follow up with prospects and build lasting customer relationships

- Identify opportunities for additional coverage and referrals

- Maintain an organized pipeline and work toward sales goals

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Confident communicator who enjoys working with people

- Motivated by performance goals and earning potential

- Comfortable making phone calls and building new relationships

- Positive attitude and persistence when facing rejection

- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take initiative

- Strong organization and follow-through

- Experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus

- Insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain it

- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
