Farmers Insurance is looking for a driven and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our agency team. If you enjoy connecting with people, working toward goals, and helping customers find solutions that protect what matters most, this could be a great opportunity to build your career.

In this role, you'll help generate new business, work directly with customers to understand their insurance needs, and recommend coverage solutions that fit their individual situations. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your sales skills, grow your income, and build meaningful client relationships.

Previous sales experience or a demonstrated ability to consistently meet performance goals is required for consideration.

YOUR ROLE

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll:

- Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and following up with leads

- Meet with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

- Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to overall agency growth

- Follow up with quotes, prospects, and existing customers to identify additional opportunities

- Stay current on insurance products, services, and compliance requirements

- Use CRM tools to organize leads, follow-ups, customer information, and policy activity

- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is goal-oriented, professional, coachable, and comfortable in a sales environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Confidence making outbound calls and having sales conversations

- A strong work ethic and desire to achieve measurable goals

- Excellent organization and time-management skills

- A willingness to learn and apply coaching

- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain

- Bilingual abilities are a plus
