The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency serving Albany, Leesburg, Camilla, Sylvester, and the surrounding Southwest Georgia communities.

This is not a salaried position. It is an opportunity to build your own agency, lead a team, earn commissions and performance-based bonuses, and create a business with long-term value. You will receive training, mentorship, and business-development support, but you must be prepared to prospect, make decisions, lead people, and take ownership of your results.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships and generate new business
  • Help clients select Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance solutions
  • Recruit and lead a licensed agency team
  • Manage daily operations and agency performance
  • Establish your agency as a trusted local business

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one active Georgia insurance license: Property & Casualty or Life & Health (Willingness to obtain the additional required license with our support)
  • Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  • Confidence prospecting and following up with potential clients
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
