Je plaatst en werkt buitengevelisolatiesystemen af op woningen en gebouwen (nieuwbouw en renovatie), volgens de plannen, technische fiches en kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt zelfstandig of in een ploeg en zorgt voor een nette, duurzame uitvoering.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • De werf voorbereiden: ondergrond controleren en reinigen, stellingen en materiaal klaarzetten.
  • Isolatieplaten (EPS, PIR, minerale wol, enz.) opmeten, op maat snijden en plaatsen door kleven en/of mechanisch bevestigen.
  • Hoek-, sok- en aansluitprofielen, dilatatievoegen en hulpstukken plaatsen.
  • Wapeningslagen aanbrengen (armeringsmortel en glasvezelweefsel).
  • Gevels afwerken met crepi, sierpleister of gevelverf, en plamuren en schuren waar nodig.
  • Aansluitingen rond ramen, deuren, dakranden en doorvoeren waterdicht en koudebrugvrij uitwerken.
  • De eigen werken controleren op kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • De werf netjes houden en materiaal en afval correct beheren.
  • Meewerken aan een vlotte planning en communiceren met ploegbaas, werfleider of klant.

Profiel

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in gevelisolatie, pleisterwerk, schilderwerk of bouw.
  • Een opleiding of ervaring in de bouw is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Starters worden opgeleid.

Technische kennis

  • Kennis van isolatiematerialen en gevelsystemen (ETICS/gevelbepleistering).
  • Plannen en technische fiches kunnen lezen.
  • Vertrouwd met werken op hoogte (stellingen, hoogtewerkers).

Persoonlijke eigenschappen

  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Fysiek sterk en niet bang van werken op hoogte of in alle weersomstandigheden.
  • Zelfstandig en betrouwbaar, maar ook een teamspeler.
  • Klantvriendelijk en verzorgd in de omgang.

Voorwaarden

  • Rijbewijs B is een pluspunt (verplaatsingen naar werven).
  • VCA-attest (of bereidheid om dit te behalen) is een pluspunt.

Werkomstandigheden

  • Werk op wisselende werven, buiten, op hoogte en in alle weersomstandigheden.
  • Fysiek werk met tillen en dragen van materialen.
  • Strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s) en collectieve beveiliging.
