Buscamos una persona con fuerte orientación analítica, curiosidad y capacidad para transformar datos en información útil para la operación.

Tu principal desafío será contribuir a la integridad del inventario y a la trazabilidad de los procesos logísticos, identificando desviaciones, analizando sus causas y generando información que permita anticipar riesgos y apoyar la toma de decisiones.

Para lograrlo, trabajarás con datos provenientes de distintas fuentes, desarrollarás reportería y dashboards, participarás en auditorías y colaborarás directamente con equipos de Operaciones, Tiendas y Recepción para impulsar mejoras concretas en los procesos.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Analizar diferencias entre el inventario físico y los registros sistémicos, identificando causas, patrones y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Participar en la planificación y ejecución de inventarios cíclicos y generales.
  • Analizar movimientos y Kardex de productos, asegurando la correcta trazabilidad del inventario.
  • Monitorear entradas, salidas, transferencias, devoluciones y mermas de mercadería.
  • Detectar riesgos asociados a errores operativos, pérdidas, mermas o posibles vulnerabilidades en los procesos.
  • Ejecutar auditorías de inventario y procesos, documentando hallazgos y realizando seguimiento a los planes de acción.
  • Generar reportes de gestión que permitan visualizar tendencias, desviaciones y alertas relevantes para la operación.
  • Extraer, limpiar y transformar datos provenientes de SAP, WMS y Excel.
  • Construir y mantener dashboards e informes en Power BI para el seguimiento de KPIs de inventario, mermas y prevención de pérdidas.
  • Automatizar procesos de consolidación y transformación de información mediante Power Query y Microsoft Access.
  • Mantener bases de datos estructuradas que permitan realizar seguimiento histórico de los principales indicadores operativos.
  • Presentar análisis, hallazgos y antecedentes en reuniones con diferentes áreas, contribuyendo a la definición y seguimiento de acciones de mejora.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

Formación

Profesionales o técnicos/as de carreras como:

  • Ingeniería en Logística.
  • Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Ingeniería en Estadística.
  • Analista de Sistemas.
  • Ingeniería Comercial.
  • Otras carreras afines.

También valoraremos formación complementaria, proyectos o un portafolio que demuestre experiencia o interés en análisis de datos, Business Intelligence o automatización de procesos.

Experiencia

Buscamos personas con 0 a 2 años de experiencia en alguna de las siguientes áreas:

  • Operaciones logísticas.
  • Control de inventarios.
  • Análisis de datos.
  • Prevención de pérdidas.

También pueden postular personas recién egresadas que cuenten con una marcada orientación analítica y manejo de herramientas de datos.

Se valorará experiencia o conocimiento del funcionamiento de centros de distribución y/o retail.

Conocimientos y herramientas clave

Para desenvolverte exitosamente en el cargo será importante contar con conocimientos en:

  • Análisis de datos e interpretación de desviaciones.
  • Excel nivel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Power BI para construcción de dashboards e informes.
  • Power Query para transformación y automatización de datos.
  • Microsoft Access para gestión de bases de datos operativas.
  • Sistemas WMS y/o ERP.
  • Gestión de inventarios y trazabilidad.
  • Elaboración de reportes y presentación de resultados.

Deseable: conocimiento de SAP a nivel usuario para extracción de reportes, consulta de movimientos y descarga de información para análisis.
