Empresa del rubro retail, con presencia a nivel nacional, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Guardia de Seguridad para integrarse a su equipo de trabajo.

Buscamos personas responsables, comprometidas y con alta orientación al resguardo de la seguridad, capaces de velar por la protección de las instalaciones, mercadería, colaboradores y clientes, dando cumplimiento a los protocolos y procedimientos establecidos por la compañía.

Principales funciones del cargo:

  • Colaborar con la jefatura en la apertura y cierre de tienda, verificando que las instalaciones queden seguras.
  • Resguardar la seguridad de la tienda durante toda la jornada laboral.
  • Brindar apoyo en el resguardo del camión de mercadería cuando se requiera.
  • Supervisar que la mercadería se encuentre debidamente asegurada y que los probadores permanezcan sin productos.
  • Realizar revisiones constantes en bodegas y otras áreas sensibles de la tienda.
  • Acompañar diariamente al personal de tesorería en los retiros de dinero desde cajas.
  • Monitorear de forma permanente las cámaras de seguridad.
  • Asistir los requerimientos de jefatura ante contingencias, clientes, robos, aperturas de puertas u otras situaciones operativas.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos legales que correspondan e informar de manera inmediata a la jefatura.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de seguridad la cobertura preventiva dentro de la tienda.
  • Informar a casa matriz los procedimientos mensuales realizados en tienda, de acuerdo con los lineamientos vigentes.
  • Registrar diariamente en el libro de novedades ingresos, incidentes, rondas y otros hechos relevantes.
  • Cumplir con los protocolos, políticas, procedimientos y estándares operacionales definidos por la compañía.
