Sobre a vaga Buscamos um(a) Auxiliar de Loja que cuide da operação para que a experiência do cliente seja impecável. É uma posição multifuncional e uma ótima porta de entrada para crescer no varejo.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atuar no caixa, seguindo as políticas e normas da empresa;
  • Apoiar no recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e controle do estoque;
  • Repor e organizar os produtos na área de vendas, garantindo exposição e conservação corretas;
  • Realizar passadoria, dobra e organização das peças, mantendo o padrão visual da marca;
  • Atender trocas, devoluções e reembolsos, transformando esses momentos em oportunidades de encantar o cliente;
  • Manter a loja organizada, limpa e alinhada aos nossos padrões;
  • Apoiar o time sempre que necessário, inclusive no atendimento aos clientes.

O que buscamos em você:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados;
  • Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Gosto por atender pessoas e por moda e varejo;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais (WhatsApp, redes sociais, sistemas);
  • Vontade de aprender e de fazer acontecer em equipe.
