⏰ WORKING HOURS

Training Until 2 November

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • No shift allowance during training ($13/hr)

Rotating Shift Pattern

  • 🌞 2 days morning: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • πŸŒ† 2 days afternoon: 3:00pm – 12:30am ($13/hr + $30 shift allowance per day)
  • πŸ’€ 2 days off
  • Repeat cycle, including weekends

πŸš• Shared cab arrangements with colleagues may be required after the afternoon shift.

πŸ”§ JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with installation and maintenance of data servers, network equipment and cables
  • Help technicians troubleshoot IT equipment
  • Move and rack server equipment
  • Assist with replacing faulty hard drives, RAM and server components
  • Use hardware and software tools to support technical tasks
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

  • Nitec or IT-related certificate preferred
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software or equipment is an advantage
  • Hands-on and willing to learn
  • Comfortable handling and moving equipment
  • Able to commit to rotating shifts
