Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Financecum HR Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accountingactivities, budgeting, reporting and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets and financial reports.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and IRAS tax requirements.
  • Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax matters and year-end audit schedules.
  • Monitor business performance and provide financial analysis to management.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax agents and external service providers.
  • Improve accounting procedures and internal financial controls.

Human Resource Management

  • Manage recruitment, employee onboarding and staff records.
  • Handle payroll administration, CPF contributions and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM employment regulations and employment policies.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews, training and staff welfare.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and administrative procedures.

Management & Administration

  • Coordinate finance and HR activities across departments.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Supervise finance and administrative staff, where applicable.
  • Support business planning, cost control and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting and HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax and employment regulations.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
