Vi är Balder. Fastighets AB Balder är en börsnoterad fastighetskoncern som äger, förvaltar och utvecklar fastigheter. Vi är en engagerad och långsiktig fastighetsägare och stadsutvecklare som arbetar för att skapa attraktiva och trygga områden.

Balder erbjuder såväl bostäder och kommersiella fastigheter som nyproduktion i huvudstäder och andra större städer. Vi har verksamhet i Sverige, Danmark, Finland, Norge, Tyskland och Storbritannien, där vi sammanlagt äger fler än 2 000 fastigheter.

Om rollen Rollen som biträdande förvaltare är ett vikariat på 8 månader med start efter överenskommelse. Här får du arbeta brett med ekonomi, drift, underhåll och kundrelationer. Tillsammans med dina kollegor utvecklar du fastigheterna och affären – med fokus på lönsamhet, kvalitet och nöjda hyresgäster.

Rollen passar dig som trivs med att vara både ute i verkligheten och inne i affären. Du ser möjligheter, tar initiativ och vill omsätta idéer i konkreta resultat.

I praktiken innebär det att du:

  • Tar ansvar för intäkter, kostnader och handlingsplaner inom ditt område
  • Bygger och vårdar relationer med hyresgäster, entreprenörer och samarbetspartners
  • Planerar och följer upp underhåll, drift och investeringar
  • Fångar upp affärsmöjligheter och driver förbättringar som stärker fastigheternas värde och lönsamhet.

Om dig Du är affärsdriven, lösningsorienterad och tycker om att ha många kontaktytor. Du vill förstå vad som driver intäkter och kostnader och ser hur goda kundrelationer, genomtänkta prioriteringar och effektiv förvaltning bidrar till resultatet.

Du har tidigare erfarenhet av fastighetsförvaltning eller liknande arbetsuppgifter, en grundläggande förståelse för ekonomi och ett intresse för fastighetsteknik. Vi lägger stor vikt vid ditt engagemang, din handlingskraft och din vilja att utvecklas.

Du kommunicerar tydligt och skapar förtroende i dina relationer, både internt och externt. Att bygga långsiktiga samarbeten kommer naturligt för dig, liksom att se möjligheter där andra ser problem. Du har förmågan att tänka nytt, vågar ta initiativ och vill bidra till att utveckla både fastigheterna och verksamheten framåt.
