此岗位为 远程、实操性强 的角色。你将全面负责内容规划、创意制作与发布运营，以优质内容触达目标受众，并持续为公司带来高质量潜在客户。

职位概述

你将主导社交媒体整体策略的制定与执行，提升品牌曝光度、用户互动率，并推动自然获客。你需与销售与内容团队紧密合作，共同打造具有影响力、说服力与专业度的中文内容。

该职位要求卓越的中文文案能力不仅是语言流利，更需具备营销视角、故事表达力及强烈的内容执行力。你创作的内容需精准吸引目标受众，激发兴趣并促成行动。

主要工作职责

1. 文案与内容营销

  • 制定基于受众洞察与营销目标的社交媒体内容日历。
  • 进行内容研究，撰写与品牌定位一致的内容简报及主题方向。
  • 以故事叙述、情绪共鸣与营销心理打造高影响力中文文案。
  • 为不同平台设计吸睛 Hook、标题、CTA 及分平台内容框架。
  • 制作高质量视觉内容：短视频、图文、海报、图解资讯、博客等。
  • 每周在多个平台发布 至少 5 条内容（Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、小红书、抖音、YouTube、LinkedIn 等）。
  • 利用内容吸引潜在客户并协助销售团队获取高质量线索。
  • 与销售团队合作，使文案有效处理用户痛点、提升信任并加强转化。
  • 分析数据并依据表现优化策略，提高内容成效。
  • 于 两个工作日内 回复评论与私讯，维持积极的品牌互动。

2. SOP 制定与优化

  • 每月制定、更新社交媒体相关 SOP，包括内容制作、设计流程、视频剪辑等。

3. 月度报告与数据分析

  • 追踪并分析各平台核心指标（以 MoM 数字与百分比呈现）。
  • 提交月度报告，包括： 当月成果与亮点 遇到的挑战与解决方式 关键洞察及未来优化建议
  • 汇报数据如： 社交媒体带来的销售收入 粉丝增长 自然获客（数量与质量） 互动表现（分享、收藏、点赞、观看时长等）

任职要求

  • 至少 2 年 社交媒体与视频内容制作经验（须附作品集）。
  • 精通视频剪辑与平面设计（须附作品集）。
  • 能适应快速变化、以结果为导向的远程工作环境。
  • 主动、自律、可靠，具备强烈的责任感与项目推动力。
  • 熟悉主要社交平台的算法机制与内容运营策略。
  • 具备优秀的中文写作与沟通能力，能产出高质量营销内容。
  • 有成熟的说服型文案能力，包括 Hook、标题、CTA、脚本等。
  • 深刻理解用户心理与购买旅程，能创作促进转化的内容。
  • 具备数据分析与策略判断能力。
  • 思维灵活、富有创意，善于提出新内容点子。

  • 持续掌握并更新与移民行业相关的政策资讯。
  • 提升品牌在各大平台的曝光度与影响力。
