  • Provide concise study updates, reports, risks, and issues to senior management; escalate concerns promptly with recommended solutions.
  • Provide oversight, training, mentoring, delegation, and dotted-line management, as applicable, for CTMs, CTAs, CRAs, and assigned clinical trial staff.
  • Develop and deliver study training for investigators, site staff, and internal teams; support study supplies management and related operational processes.
  • Support internal process, vendor, and site quality audits and regulatory inspections, including preparation, participation, and follow-up.
  • Lead or participate in internal and external study meetings, Investigator Meetings, iDMC meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Develop SOPs, best practices, and process improvements to strengthen clinical trial execution.

Qualifications

  • Oncology, autoimmune, or cell therapy experience highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines, Good Clinical Practice, clinical trial initiation and management practices, and pharmaceutical and clinical development processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and cross-functional study team management skills.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively across matrixed organizations and with external partners, including investigators, clinical sites, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor; able to work effectively with medical personnel, clinical monitors, statisticians, data managers, medical writers, and internal cross-functional partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
