Estamos em busca de um ASSISTENTE DE FROTA (PROGRAMAÇÃO) com talento e comprometimento para apoiar a equipe de operações no acompanhamento da frota.

Missão do Cargo:

A missão do ASSISTENTE DE FROTA (PROGRAMAÇÃO) é garantir a organização de informações e documentos, no controle de indicadores e no suporte às rotinas logísticas, contribuindo para a eficiência e a segurança das operações do frota.

Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Auxiliar na programação e no planejamento das viagens, conforme as demandas de transporte;
  • Organizar a distribuição das viagens entre os motoristas e veículos disponíveis;
  • Verificar a disponibilidade de veículos e motoristas para atender às programações;
  • Acompanhar os horários de saída, chegada e pernoite dos motoristas;
  • Atualizar a programação conforme alterações nas demandas, atrasos ou imprevistos operacionais;
  • Monitorar o cumprimento dos horários e prazos estabelecidos;
  • Apoiar a comunicação entre a equipe de operações, motoristas e demais setores
  • Entre outros;

  • Ser proativo e demonstrar iniciativa em identificar e solucionar problemas;
  • Perfil executor, organizado e comunicador.
