Om tjänsten Vi söker en AI-utvecklare som vill bygga intelligenta funktioner som hjälper unga att hitta rätt jobb. Du arbetar nära grundarteamet och ser hur det du bygger används av riktiga användare. Arbetsuppgifter Du utvecklar och förbättrar matchningsalgoritmer och AI-funktioner baserade på språkmodeller. Du bygger integrationer mellan AI-tjänster och vår produkt. Du utvärderar kvalitet och träffsäkerhet och förbättrar dem utifrån data och användarfeedback. Du arbetar med datakvalitet, prestanda och kostnadskontroll. Du säkerställer att AI-funktionerna hanterar personuppgifter på ett säkert sätt. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av programmering i Python eller TypeScript har arbetat med språkmodeller, API-integrationer eller maskininlärning, gärna genom egna projekt har en utbildning inom datavetenskap, systemvetenskap, AI eller liknande, eller motsvarande kunskaper är analytisk och gillar att testa, mäta och förbättra kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och/eller engelska

Meriterande Erfarenhet av matchning, rekommendationssystem eller sökning Erfarenhet av att sätta AI-funktioner i produktion Intresse för dataskydd och ansvarsfull AI Erfarenhet av startupmiljö
