Om Faverli Faverli är en svensk startup som grundades vid Stockholms universitet. Vi hjälper studenter och nyexaminerade att hitta och få sitt första jobb, och vi gör det som studenter själva. Arbetsgivare använder Faverli för att nå unga talanger. Vi är ett litet team i tidig fas med höga ambitioner. Under 2026 är vi semifinalister i BLINGs tävling För-orten. Om tjänsten Vi söker en företagssäljare som vill sälja Faverli till arbetsgivare som vill nå och rekrytera unga talanger. Du jobbar nära grundarteamet, har direkt påverkan på bolagets intäkter och är med och bygger säljprocessen från grunden. Hos oss får du stort ansvar tidigt och lär dig mycket på kort tid. Arbetsuppgifter Du driver hela säljprocessen, från första kontakt till avslut. Du identifierar och prioriterar rätt målbolag och tar kontakt med HR-chefer, rekryterare och beslutsfattare via telefon, e-post och LinkedIn. Du håller presentationer och demos och skräddarsyr erbjudanden efter kundens behov. Du förhandlar villkor och bygger långsiktiga kundrelationer. Du håller koll på din pipeline i CRM-systemet och rapporterar resultat. Du delar insikter från kunderna med teamet, så att produkten blir bättre. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av försäljning, helst B2B, eller ett tydligt driv att lära dig har en avslutad eller pågående utbildning inom ekonomi, marknadsföring, systemvetenskap eller liknande, eller motsvarande kunskaper genom erfarenhet är en god lyssnare som förstår kundens behov och kan presentera lösningar enkelt och tydligt är uthållig, målinriktad och tar nej som en del av jobbet kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och/eller engelska

Meriterande Erfarenhet av B2B-sälj, SaaS eller rekryteringsbranschen Erfarenhet av CRM-system som HubSpot eller liknande Kontaktnät inom HR, rekrytering eller employer branding Egna projekt eller entreprenörskap Erfarenhet av startupmiljö
