Afin de renforcer ses équipes, elle recherche un ou une : \\Responsable Logistique 100% (H/F)\\ \\Votre mission :\\ \* Organiser et optimiser les flux logistiques internes et externes afin de garantir la disponibilité des marchandises, le respect des délais et la qualité du service. \* Assurer la réception, le stockage et le suivi des marchandises, ainsi que la gestion des commandes de réapprovisionnement. \* Mettre en place et maintenir un système d'inventaire fiable, analyser les écarts et garantir la traçabilité des mouvements de stock. \* Optimiser les niveaux de stock et les processus d'approvisionnement dans une démarche d'amélioration continue. \* Gérer les retours clients et les réclamations en collaboration avec les services concernés. \* Encadrer et accompagner l'équipe logistique, organiser la répartition du travail et assurer le développement des compétences. \* Assurer une coordination efficace avec les autres services. \* Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et sensibiliser l'équipe aux bonnes pratiques. \\Votre profil :\\ \* Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC de logisticien et justifiez d'une expérience d'au minimum 3 ans dans le domaine de la logistique. \* Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie des outils de construction et des équipements de chantier. \* Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et êtes à l'aise avec la gestion des stocks et des inventaires. \* Vous avez la capacité d'encadrer une équipe et de coordonner les activités au quotidien. \* Rigoureux et organisé, vous faites preuve de proactivité, de diplomatie et d'une bonne résistance au stress. \* Vous maîtrisez le français. \\Notre offre :\\ \* Une activité variée au sein d'un groupe d'entreprises familiales \* Un climat de travail agréable et dynamique \* Des prestations sociales avantageuses et des possibilités de formation intéressantes \* Accès gratuit à la plateforme d'avantages Swibeco \\Entrée en fonction :\\ de suite \\Lieu de travail\\ : Corcelles\\-près\\-Payerne \\Type de contrat\\ :CDI \\Vos interlocuteurs\\ Pour plus d'informations, M.
