SA est une entreprise familiale réunissant 170 collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Elle est active dans les domaines de la technique du bâtiment, des aciers d’armatures et marchands, de la quincaillerie et de l’outillage. Afin de renforcer ses équipes, elle recherche un ou une :

Responsable Magasin 100% (H/F)

Votre mission :

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et commerciale du magasin et veiller à l’attractivité du point de vente.
  • Suivre les ventes et les indicateurs de performance, analyser les résultats et proposer des actions d’amélioration.
  • Gérer les commandes fournisseurs, la disponibilité des produits et les niveaux de stock.
  • Encadrer, former et motiver l’équipe, planifier les horaires et répartir les tâches.
  • Assurer l’intégration, la formation et le suivi des apprentis.
  • Superviser la réception des marchandises, les inventaires et la bonne tenue des rayons.
  • Garantir un service client de qualité et gérer les réclamations avec professionnalisme.
  • Assurer la gestion de la caisse, le respect des procédures et le reporting à la direction.

Votre profil :

  • CFC de gestionnaire du commerce de détail ou formation équivalente.
  • Formation complémentaire dans la vente et certificat de formateur en entreprise.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le commerce de détail et l’encadrement d’équipe.
  • Bonne connaissance des produits de quincaillerie et maîtrise d’un outil ERP.
  • Maîtrise du français ; des connaissances en allemand constituent un atout.
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur.
  • Leadership, orientation client, capacité d’analyse et résistance au stress.
