Wenn ja, dann werde einer unsererMitarbeiter im Kundendienst (m/w/d)So sieht dein Alltag aus:- Du bist das offene Ohr und der clevere Kopf, der Kunden aus Nah und Fern zur Seite steht- Selbständig gehst du zu Werke bei der Bearbeitung von Garantiefällen, technischen Fragen, Einweisungen und Reklamationen- Der Kunde zählt auf dich und deine Arbeit stärkt den Ausbau der Beziehung- Es macht dir nichts aus, je nach Bedarf und Zeitzone deine Arbeitszeit auch mal variabel anzupassen- Im Team geht es am Besten, daher pflegst du eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem AußendienstDas zeichnet dich aus:- In den Bereichen Mechanik, Pneumatik, Elektrik u.o. Hydraulik verfügst du über Vorkenntnisse bzw. hast eine LKW- oder Landmaschinen-Mechanikerausbildung absolviert- Kommunikationsfreude und Hilfsbereitschaft trägst du in dir- Du behältst einen kühlen Kopf, auch wenn die Situation mal kniffliger wird- Empathisch lässt du deinen Gegenüber spüren, dass du dich in seine Situation hineinversetzt- Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch beherrschst du.
