O Assistente de NOC – Nível 1 atua no suporte operacional e na monitoração contínua dos ambientes supervisionados pelo NOC. É o primeiro ponto de contato da operação, responsável por identificar alertas, registrar incidentes, executar tratativas iniciais e garantir o correto encaminhamento das ocorrências, conforme procedimentos operacionais e SLAs definidos.

A função é essencial para assegurar disponibilidade, estabilidade e rastreabilidade dos serviços de rede, atuando de forma integrada com os níveis superiores (N2 e N3).

Objetivo do cargo

Garantir a monitoração contínua e o atendimento inicial dos ambientes de rede e telecom, identificando, registrando e tratando incidentes de baixa complexidade, assegurando rápida resposta, rastreabilidade das ocorrências e continuidade dos serviços, conforme SLAs e procedimentos operacionais do NOC

O que ele faz no dia a dia? (Atividades diárias)

  • Monitorar continuamente redes, links, servidores, VPNs, firewalls e demais ativos críticos do ambiente.
  • Acompanhar e validar alertas gerados pelas ferramentas de monitoramento.
  • Abrir, atualizar e acompanhar chamados no sistema de tickets, garantindo registros claros e completos.
  • Classificar e priorizar incidentes conforme impacto, urgência e SLAs definidos.
  • Executar troubleshooting básico e procedimentos operacionais padronizados (POPs).
  • Realizar ações corretivas simples, conforme documentação técnica e orientações operacionais.
  • Comunicar clientes, equipes internas e fornecedores sobre falhas e status dos incidentes.
  • Escalonar ocorrências para os níveis N2 e N3 quando necessário, com informações técnicas adequadas.
  • Acompanhar incidentes até a resolução ou correto encaminhamento.
  • Realizar handover estruturado entre turnos, assegurando continuidade da operação.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Garantir a monitoração contínua e a estabilidade dos ambientes supervisionados pelo NOC.
  • Assegurar o correto registro, rastreabilidade e qualidade das informações nos chamados.
  • Cumprir os procedimentos operacionais, políticas internas e SLAs estabelecidos.
  • Atuar como primeiro ponto de resposta a incidentes e indisponibilidades.
  • Manter comunicação clara, objetiva e profissional com clientes, equipes internas e fornecedores.
  • Contribuir para a padronização dos processos e melhoria contínua da operação.
  • Zelar pela qualidade do serviço, disponibilidade dos sistemas e experiência do cliente.
  • Apoiar a operação dos níveis superiores por meio de registros completos e informações confiáveis.
