O Assistente de Atendimento será responsável por oferecer suporte aos clientes e participantes dos treinamentos da Febracis, garantindo uma experiência positiva desde o primeiro contato até o pós-treinamento. Atuará diretamente no esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre produtos adquiridos e dará suporte no relacionamento com os clientes, sempre alinhado aos valores e à excelência da Febracis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento ao cliente (presencial, telefônico, WhatsApp e e-mail) sobre produtos e treinamentos;Esclarecer dúvidas sobre conteúdos, cronogramas e modalidades de treinamentos;Apoiar o processo de inscrição, confirmação de presença e acompanhamento do participante;Registrar informações de clientes e demandas no sistema de gestão (CRM);Dar suporte no pós-venda, acompanhando satisfação e feedback dos participantes;Apoiar a equipe comercial e pedagógica na organização de turmas e eventos;Contribuir para a fidelização de clientes e manutenção do relacionamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (superior em andamento em Administração, Pedagogia, Psicologia, RH ou áreas correlatas será diferencial);Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, suporte ou área administrativa;Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Boa comunicação interpessoal;Organização, empatia e foco em soluções;Conhecimentos básicos em pacote Office/Google Workspace e sistemas de CRM.DiferenciaisExperiência em atendimento na área de treinamentos, consultoria ou educação corporativa;Familiaridade com metodologias de desenvolvimento humano e coaching;Habilidade em lidar com múltiplos atendimentos e demandas simultâneas.Informações adicionaisNOSSO PACOTE DE REMUNERAÇÃO💳 Cartão Ifood: Vale-refeição e/ou Vale-alimentação flexíveis para atender a sua necessidade;🚌 Cartão Ifood Vale Mobilidade: Pago como Vale Transporte conforme previsto em lei, passagem intermunicipal ou estacionamento, facilitando seu deslocamentodepositado no seu cartão ifood.🏋🏽‍♂️ 💪🏼 TotalPass|GymPass: Acesso a uma variedade de atividades e estabelecimentos para promover o equilíbrio entre trabalho e lazer (contratação opcional).🏥 Seguro Saúde: Com participação na mensalidade e coparticipação.
